I'm a first time home buyer and I absolutely enjoyed my experience working with William. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND William Mombela! Very attentive and listens!!!

We unfortunately had majority of our things ruined in an apartment fire including our home and turned to William for help. We needed a place immediately. We were looking for something that was affordable, located in a nice, family oriented area and most importantly, immediate move in. William exceeded our exceptions!! He assisted us right away by sending us numerous of properties and made appointments for showings the very next day.

We were in a new place within a week in a half!

We had a great experience working with William. I couldn’t believe how responsive he was to all of our requests and questions, and he knew far more than we ever hoped to about the process of buying a home. Had a great experience with William he helped me with my first home purchase three years ago. He was so patient he knew exactly what I was looking for works fast and efficient.Had showings scheduled for me on properties that had literally just had gotten on the market that day. He is on top of things not only with his things but making sure things run at the pace they need to go.He takes his time educating you on the property from ideas on improvements to things that might be a risky investment.He became part of the family so we had to make sure we took our business to him so I recently sold my first home and of course we came to William he made sure to do his homework to get me the amount I should get for my property we had the home under contract in a matter of a week!!!He found the perfect home for my family and I after so much work looking at homes he found everything we were looking for and more all in one.He went out of his way to talk to the sellers to let them know about the situation we were in that we were selling our him and that we we're really interested in the property.
