Finishing—let alone winning—is a matter of pacing and patience. Investing, in Bill’s opinion, is no different. Pursuing a “get rich quick” strategy is a sure way to get poor quick. Bill’s advice? “Take the first step,” he says. “Meet with someone you trust, and remember, it isn’t a race, this is a long-term objective. Success is all about endurance. You commit to me and I commit to you.”

Since 1988, he has sold, leased, managed, financed, and appraised more than $400 million in commercial and investment real estate, dedicating his entire professional life to the study and practice of profitable real estate investing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs from California State University, Sacramento, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in California and Arizona, as well as a former Certified General Real Property Appraiser.
