William sold our home for more than we expected. The very first person who saw the home bought it. Not only did he sell our home but when we had no place to go cause our home sold so fast he provided a warm charming reasonable place for us to rent. We respect him for his integrity, he really cares about his people. We can't say enough good things about him. He is honest and AWESOME!!!!!

Bill was the best realtor I’ve ever had. I live out of state so I couldn’t be there to help my elderly mom sell her house. Bill was right there checking on her everyday bringing her boxes anything she needed he did. He was very knowledgeable, caring and trustworthy. Her house sold within a week. Bill made every part of this very easy for us. We didn’t have to do anything but show up for closing and he even had that figured out if we couldn’t make it. I highly recommend Bill for anyone who needs to sell their home or needs to buy a home.

When looking at homes a very good real estate agent can see negatives in a home that many homebuyers like us could not visually see as far as home construction is concerned.
