I first contacted Bill through a sign on a home. My expectations were not very high in getting to talk to someone who could help me. All I wanted was a price. My low expectations were because I had used two other local agents that really needed to be in some other business. What a difference Bill made for me. In just listening to him, you knew he was informed about Real Estate and excited about his business. He wanted to help me and as time passed, he kept in contact and fed me information about homes in my price range. He also followed up. If I left a message, he called me back. Eventually I purchased a home through Bill. I seriously believe that had Bill not contacted the people he needed to on my behalf, this deal would not have happened. His involvement in the details made the difference. Where most agents wait for things to happen, Bill made things happen. He's also a very nice man and I am pleased to recommend him to everyone that requires Real Estate services.
