I have been in real estate since 2006 and have worked with multiple family and investors in all aspects of real estate from standard sales, short sales, foreclosure and investment opportunities. My background and experience in online marketing, web design and social media has allowed me to assist my clients when listing properties for sale.

Born and raised in Southern California has been key when assisting buyers locate and purchase homes. This knowledge has allowed me to win multiple transactions for my clients. There is nothing better than the felling to help a client reach their real estate goals. Personally, I am a godly person, family man, married to a wonderful lady, and have three great kids.

William was always helpful and available. I was looking for a needle in a hay stack that I could purchase for an unheard of price. He accomplished this readily. He is a very articulate professional with a high negotiiative ability. He has a high abillity to communicate effectively . He is also very detail oriented explaining step by step as to how the process is going. He also has a sense of urgency and understands time management in terms of length of time required to sell a house.
