Billy did an amazing job towards helping us find a home for rent--fast! I submitted a request of interest on a property on a Sunday and he got back to me the very next day to schedule a viewing of the property. Nevertheless, we signed the lease no more than a week later after that. I must mention our credit is not excellent; however, he managed to communicate our needs/situation accordingly to the landlord (not a lot of agents can, know, and/or are willing to do that). Needless to say, Billy is a professional and expert at what he does. Very pleased with his services and the O'Brien Realty organization.
