William assisted with the sale of my parents’ home after they passed. He put me in touch with an excellent company for cleaning out the property and even coordinated necessary repairs to the home before listing.

I’m an hour and a half away and William’s willingness to go the extra mile saved me many hours of driving back and forth. His level of service, guidance, and experience made a difficult situation an extremely smooth process.

We had lived in the same house for 35 years, so we were apprehensive when it came time to think about moving. We met William, The Wert Group, on a recommendation and were immediately impressed with his expertise and professionalism. We decided not to place our house on the market until after the first of the year, another four months away.
