William Zahler

William Zahler, founder of Zahler Construction and Development, has more than two decades of experience in general construction, home building, and commercial and residential development. Formerly a partner in WJW Constructors, a Division Manager at Struever Rouse Homes, and Senior Vice-President at Artery Homes, William brings perspective to every project from “both sides of the blueprint”, having practical knowledge of all facets of the construction process from his early work on numerous jobsites as well as holding an MBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Development.

In 2012 William was asked to assume leadership and ownership of Sunshine Management Corporation from his father. Sunshine Management is a full-service property management, maintenance, and brokerage firm serving Maryland, Virginia and Pennsylvania that was started by his parents.

He is a current board member of the Home Builders Association of Maryland (former President of Baltimore City Chapter), the Founding Co-Chair of the Maryland Residential Green Building Council, Member of Community Associations Institute and Board member of The Certified Master Builders and Remodelers Council (former President).
