I met Realtor Willie Bolin Jr., of Broker Keller Williams in the Victorville Valley, High Desert, CA area. One Sunday afternoon while he had an open house in Victorville I got there to view the home which was not for me due to the price. However, Realtor Willie volunteered to show me few homes after his open house ended and he cleared the house and signs from the streets, by 5:30 pm. I felt bad to have him going that late to view about 5 homes after a long day, however, since I was from out of the jurisdiction and my time to view homes within my afordable area was very limited, he willingly did spend that time showing me homes and making sure I had some homes in the process to make an offer for one at a time.

In a period of 4 months, thanks to his very professional, patient and faithful attitud he has that I was going to find the right home and one that I trully liked and would enjoy, I ended up viewing close to 100 homes; many of those I truly loved and wanted to buy, but before or after I made an offer somebody had one made before me. Some homes were sold "as is", requiring some or a lot of work making repairs, which would incurred me into financial debt that I wasn't supposed to get into before Escrow expenses came along. Many homes had a lot of supplemental taxes, besides the property taxes, that would not allow me to afford the house payments. Finally, some homes in good or not such condition were not of my taste, acceptance or the right neighborhood for me.

His business partner Regis Armstrong, as well as Realtor Willie Bolin Jr., has a very hard working and committed attitud trying to help me find the home out of the Victor Valley and of Jurisdiction in the Palm Springs Desert area of California. Finally by the 5th month since I ever started viewing homes I found and bought the one.
