My experience doing business with Willie Davis was phenomenal. My priority as a first-time investor was to find an agent that I connect with personally and in business.

In our Zoom introductory call, he demonstrated his ability to listen to understand. He was open to going at a slower pace and doing weekly one-on-one Zoom calls to discuss any issues or concerns that I had to make sure I felt secure throughout the entire process.

He went the extra mile and groomed the housing lists, so I only saw homes I would genuinely be interested in purchasing, which made the process of buying a home significantly smoother.

I look forward to working with him again to purchase more properties.

Willie was the best realtor I’ve worked with by a long shot!! Even in what seems to have been the worst market to purchase, Willie was able to get our very first offer accepted within hours! From start to finish Willie was able to educate and comfort us as first time home buyers and we never once felt that we couldn’t be 100% honest with our feelings.
