In addition to being a hard working knowledgeable real estate agent, Wilson is also a gentleman. He was very kind in dealing with my elderly mom when she needed to sell her apartment and he went above and beyond in helping me navigate all of the steps involved in the sale. He knows what he is doing and manages to always be polite and helpful. Consider yourself lucky if you work with Wilson on a real estate transaction!

Wilson is incredibly knowledgeable, polite, honest, fair, patient, and best of all he's dedicated. He will work hard for his clients. He will never leave you hanging. I think the longest I've ever waited for a response from Wilson on any matter is 2 hours. And when you get a response you can trust its honest and well researched. He has been doing this long enough that he has all right contacts and has faced just about every type of real estate scenario. He knows the is and outs of the various buildings in the area. He can guide you through labyrinth that is NYC real estate. Wilson really is the best realtor around. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else.

The process of purchasing a home has been especially difficult during COVID times, but Wilson made the experience pleasant! From his speedy responses, availability, helpfulness and transparency, it would be a dream to work with him again! I am also recommending him to all my friends and family who are on a search for a new home. His knowledge of the board approval process and necessary documentation was invaluable and instrumental in my board approval and closing.
