Wincy's love for real estate began over 20 years ago when she and her husband purchased their first home. She learned a little too late that you shouldn't just pick any house and use any real estate agent. Purchasing a home is the biggest investment one can make and it should be taken seriously. Having an agent who does not weigh in or provide any insight or suggestions but only looked for a quick sale is something no one deserves. This experience taught her a very important lesson about caring for those who you are helping. She and her husband needed someone who had their best interest in mind.

Wincy and her husband took their first home and completely remodeled it by themselves. A few years later, they took the leap of purchasing a few investment properties in Chicago. After selling their first home, they purchased their second home, remodeling that one as well. A few years later they decided to take on their first flip and continue to flip properties. Wincy's eye for design and style makes her a person people come to for her advice.

Prior to joining @properties, Wincy spent 15 years working for a Fortune 500 company. She was part of their technology department helping 5000+ employees resolve their technology problems. Her patience, ability to understand her clients' needs, and to problem solve quickly helped her gain the trust and referrals of her clients.
