We moved from the East Coast so really had to lean hard on Winnie and Barbara for help. What is so amazing is that the team went above and beyond by helping us find a rental for a year while we searched for the house. This part at no financial gain to them. Her expertise on materials, appliances, labor and what would make the house a real home, made a stressful experience turn into a joyful experience. Her timing of bidding on a house was empeccable in that I could have been homeless, but as it turned out, I went from one house to the other in a timely fashion. Personally Winnie was very compassionate, honest and very generous. If I had to buy or sell again, Winnie Kepler would be my choice!

Living in Arizona, I was anxious about finding a trustworthy realtor to sell my condo at the Yacht Harbor in Santa Cruz. I found Winnie online and she was happy to give me several contacts for references. I believe I spoke to six different people she had helped and they all gave glowing reviews. The sale of my condo was fraught with difficulties because of an HOA that was totally out of compliance with state law and contentious fellow homeowners. Additionally, I had tenants renting who were unhappy with me because I would not accept their lowball offer to buy it. They left it a complete mess and Winnie took on the enormous challenge of remodeling on my behalf, doing her conscientious best to get the most bang for my buck. She even loaned me money to complete crucial projects that I was going to put on my Visa, so I could avoid the exorbitant interest charges! Winnie, and her trusty assistant Barb, were very good at returning my phone calls and e-mails. They were always professional, yet friendly and helpful with my questions and concerns. I have yet to meet this wonderful miracle worker and am looking forward to doing just that my next trip back to my beloved Santa Cruz.
