Winston Pulliam

A native of Asheville, Rusty earned his BS in Business Administration from Newberry College in South Carolina. After a brief banking career with First Federal Savings & Loan, Rusty joined Executive Realty as a developer/property manager. In 1993, Rusty became the firm’s Principle /President/CEO. In 1999 Rusty changed Executive Realty’s name to Pulliam Properties. Under Rusty’s leadership, Pulliam Properties has become Western North Carolina’s premier full-service commercial real estate firm specializing in brokerage, development and management. Rusty Pulliam has developed, owns and manages 62 commercial properties in the Asheville area.

An accomplished athlete, Rusty was named Western North Carolina’s High School Baseball Player of the Year in 1976 and was later inducted into the Montreat College Sports Hall of Fame in 2002. In May of 2015 Rusty became the 34th “Graduate of Distinction” from T.C. Roberson High School. He is a licensed real estate Broker in both North and South Carolina, has served on the Montreat College Board of Trustees and College Advisory Board, served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Asheville Chamber of Commerce, First Citizen’s Bank, Ralph Sexton Ministries, and the YMCA.
