Winter has done excellent work for me as a real-estate agent and property manager. She helped me through the process of acquiring my first rental property and has managed the property since closing. She has made becoming a landlord a pleasant experience and I'm grateful to do buisness with her. Any issues that have come up have been addressed promptly and professionally, saving time and money. She is very good at presenting multiple options for any decision making scenarios that may come up and can thoroughly explain pros and cons. Both my tenants and I have been very pleased with her services.

My husband and I highly recommend Winter to anyone that is selling or buying a home. She is responsive, professional and VERY knowledgeable in her field. She took the time to show us homes that suit all of our family needs. She made sure to stay on top of everything to make sure all deadlines were met so we could close escrow in time. We worked with Winter Boone in finding our "forever home", and she delivered! We spent many days looking at the various homes on our list and Winter was attentive of our needs, and was always looking out for our best interests as a family and as a consumer.

Winter always helped us with our "punch list" of desired homes to see in the areas we wanted to hone in on. She kept us on the task at hand, always steering us in the right direction and always patient to our sometimes hectic "wishes".

She actually made home buying sort of fun. We went out and were always happy and excited to see the homes on a given day. It did not take us long to finally find the home that was right for our family.

We could not have done it without her!

Through Winter Boone I was able to purchase my forever home (a single story 4 beds house). We manage to stay within budget in a crazy-greedy house market. She is realistic and extremely knowledgeable, hence she can point in a bit all pros and cons of every property you are interested in.
She was a great mediator between my family and sellers.

Her network of references of reliable professionals put my concerns at ease: thoroughly inspections and post buying references from gardening to changing any hardware of the house.

Winter is an exceptional realtor.

Sell Side - She sold our home to a cash buyer who offered near the selling price. She even negotiated an extra $5K when we were ready to settle for less! She was always available and she knows the ends and outs of the transaction. She helped us stage the house and we were able to close on a 17 day escrow.

Buy Side - Winter showed us many homes in a variety of locations, even those WAAAY off the beaten path. She was always flexible and willing to show us homes. She offered great advice and her opinions on the houses she showed. She definitely earned our business.

I highly recommend Winter. She is sharp, knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions.
