Woody is quick, professional and very knowledgeable. I was a first time homebuyer when I purchase my home a year and half ago and Woody was patient and responded very quickly when I contacted him. If I ever buy or sell a home Woody is the realtor I would use for sure!

Woody Willis was wonderful to have as a realtor. We were first time home buyers, and he was very patient with our numerous and tedious questions. Woody was willing to help us look for houses on the weekends, and during odd hours. He was a great resource not only in finding a home, but then getting it inspected and was excellent through the entire negotiation process.

My boyfriend and I were looking for our first home and so we were of course nervous about everything. After our first time meeting Woody, I knew we were in good hands and my jittery stomach calmed down. Woody was always easy to stay in contact with, whether it be an email or even a text. He was available to show us homes on our time, making house hunting a little less stressful. What impressed me the most about him was his ability to work like the flash. When we were ready to make an offer, he was ready to run with it. He was personable yet professional. It is my immense pleasure to recommend Woody Willis as a real estate agent. For any individual or family searching for the ideal home. My wife and I were not comfortable in our two-bedroom apartment with our two children. So we needed a larger home with space, a yard and fast! Woody was not our initial agent even though we wish he was because our first agent was unsuccessful in helping me and my wife find the right home. He is highly talented and knowledgable about the many processes that go along with buying a house. He gave us all the tools that quickly helped us find a variety of homes for sale in the best school districts. He did not waste our time with homes that were out of our price range or not in line with our needs. A master with the contract negotiations, Woody came up with a deal that was good for us and made seller happy as well. Throughout this home buying process, he managed to communicate effectively with us and the seller. He knows metropolitan Detroit like the back of his hand. There is nothing that escapes Woody's attention when it comes to property for sale in the area. We found Woody to be a highly attentive agent, almost as if we were his only customers, although we know that was not the case. He returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant, he is highly personable with an engaging personality. I was referred to Woody by a co-worker of mine and it was by far THEE BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE!! Woody made me feel like I was the only client he had. He let me know that the ultimate goal is for me to be happy. I gave him the details of what I wanted in a house and what I didn't want, one time, and that was all it took. Every home he sent me was always what I wanted and worth looking at. When I wasn't available, he was always willing to meet with my parents to show them the house. He not only showed me houses, but with every house we went to he broke down how things could work. All the what ifs, all the maybe so's, he had them mapped. He sent me info on the houses before we event went to see them to ensure that was still a house I was interested in. He made me feel confident, he NEVER pushed me or tried to persuade me to get any house. He wanted it to be my choice, but not only that, he wanted me to be happy in the life long decision I was making. I was working with Woody, not even a full 5 days and he found a house that I loved!!! I put the bid down and the next time I heard from Woody, it was him telling me they accepted my offer!!I was elated because I worked with a Realtor before Woody and the experience was so bad. They wanted the highest and best offer and Woody beat 4 other offers, similar to mine!! He walked me through the process after that and kept me updated on details on the house every chance he got. Because of Woody, me and my kids will be homeowners for the first time and I consider this man to be family. I don't know a friend that would put in the work, the way he did, and get the results the way that he did in such a short time. He is VERY VERY good at what he does. He truly is a M.O.A- MAN OF ACTION!!!
