Xiaolu Zhang

When Zoey lived in China, she owned and operated an online business; this is where she learned valuable soft and hard skills in customer service and ecommerce. Working with a diverse customer base, Zoey learned how to actively listen-to-understand, in other words, Zoey is able to effectively identify questions and communicate answers, which translates into an increase in business productivity and bottom line. Zoey has a propensity for learning and was seeking a job that challenges her, which she has found with her career in real estate, working for Team WPI. When Zoey isn’t working, she enjoys spending time doing outdoor activities, traveling, and exploring new places with her Labrador, Feifei.
