Yadira was very helpful throughout the entire process. She was responsive and would consistently provide helpful information for my girlfriend and I, who were buying our first condo together.

When searching for our condo, Yadira was always willing to travel to several different locations to assure we could pick the condo we really loved.

I would certainly hire Yadira again in the future and would recommend others to use her as their real estate agent as well.

Words cannot describe my experience I had with Yadira. We met before COVID-19 locked us all down. Yadira, went out of her way driving to various locations because I lived in another state. She took pictures, made videos, and after a while she knew my taste to know whether the places I sent her would met my standards.

I got discouraged a few times because my offer either wasn’t accepted or it was accepted and another buyer came in with a higher offer. She encouraged me and was positive and professional saying the right place would come eventually.

COVID-19 presented challenges for her personally but even with her own challenges, she called me and told me she is still looking and hang in there.

Finally, in May I received a call. She said, “Kim I found your home”. I hadn’t seen a picture or visited the location. She said, I feel it and know this is the place. It has everything you want. I drove out to NJ, and she was right!!!

If you are a looking for a realtor who will do their due diligence, example the process and go the extra mile because she isn’t just a realtor, she comes with years of experience in real estate on both ends Yadira is the realtor of choice.
