She honed her real estate intelligence growing up in her father’s real estate development company in Jinan and Qingdao, China. She brings a unique perspective to the needs of Chinese clients in the New York market with her keen eye and deep knowledge of the best the city has to offer—from education and lifestyle to bilingual healthcare and safety.

Married to a family of Manhattanites, Yan brings an unparalleled hybrid of empathy and experience of both the recently immigrated and native New Yorker. Combined with her outgoing, personable, and friendly nature, she brings a level of service which is both joyful and professional.

Born and raised in the beautiful city of Qingdao, China, Yan is a proud Battery Park mom. When she is not uncovering the charm and allure of New York City with her clients, Yan loves volunteering for bake sales at her kids’ school, enjoying her favorite Szechuan restaurant, and spinning at SoulCycle. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Singapore’s AIT School of Business.
