Yanna earned a bachelor's degree in business administration, with a concentration in Management Information Systems. She has held many different jobs that have always involved providing excellent customer service.

Known by her clients and colleagues for her patience, perseverance, honesty and fairness, Yanna also enjoys a great reputation for quick and timely response to each client's needs and concerns. She is always available by email or phone. She always puts her customers first. She continues to serve her clients beyond the close of escrow.

Married and the mother of 2 kids, Yanna enjoys golfing, volleyball, and spending time with friends and family.
