Yannick is top shelf and underscores the value of having an experienced professional at your side. Our sale of our family home was difficult, in that, it's a perfect house, but a sub-par lot. The point is that we had many, many showings over several months. Yannick approached each and every showing with the same zeal as the first.

During the process, he was diligent in alerting us of the pending showing and advocated our interests along the process. Rain or shine, Yannick remained upbeat and always finds the upside to every encounter. His follow through after each showing (for instance, calling the agent) was exemplary. We always knew where we stood. His knowledge and experience proved invaluable, especially with accepting the final offer. Talk about a win, win, win! Many thanks.
