This is going to be a long one and I hope you read it all, but the summary is that Yasmine is the best there is and someone who is truly looking out for you in the chaos that is home-buying. Details below...

My fiancee and I started our house-hunting journey in October '21 and were completely lost. As first-time-buyers, we really didn't know where to begin, what to look out for, questions to ask, etc. Enter Yasmine. We first met with Yasmine to see if she was a good fit for us and it was immediately clear that it was the path we wanted to go down; so friendly, relatable, and professional, we all clicked immediately.

From the very start, Yasmine was able to set our minds at ease, answer all our questions, and quell a lot of our anxieties about the entire process. There's no one more on top of things than Yasmine. I'd be getting texts and emails as soon as a house came on the market and we'd often see the house the same or next day. This is absolutely CRUCIAL in this market because often times, if you're not the first to see a house, it's gone before you get the chance (this will come into play here in a bit).

As you can imagine, it's a tough thing to stay positive in such a competitive market but it was always reassuring that Yasmine was looking out for us and didn't want us to settle for anything less than what we really wanted. She never tried to push us towards anything that we were uncomfortable with and always checked in with us after every viewing to hear our complete thoughts about it. Then, it happened. A house came on the market that was exactly what we were looking for. We saw the house and placed the offer the SAME DAY as the listing. With Yasmine's expert guidance, we were able to put together a killer offer and landed the house heading into the new year.

I can't imagine having to have gone through this process with anyone else. She was always in our corner fighting for us and guiding us not to make any hasty or thoughtless decisions. I have a feeling that if it wasn't for her, we'd still be house hunting and losing hope by the minute instead of writing this review from our lovely new home. Thanks for everything Yasmine!

Yasmine is the best!! As first time buyers, she helped us through a lot of the intimidating things that come with buying a home. She made sure we knew exactly what to expect every step of the way which really eased a lot of the anxiety that can come with such a big purchase.

The housing market is so competitive right now, having someone like Yasmine on your side is essential. She is extremely professional, experienced and very knowledgeable when it comes to the real estate market.

She truly went above and beyond for us. Even offering to help us when we both came down with covid. She listened to all of our concerns and needs while house hunting, put together an amazing offer, and we got a home that we love within our budget! I will recommend her to all of my friends who buy a house in the future. If you want someone who truly feels like an advocate, choose Yasmine!

Yasmine was recommended to us by a highly trusted source. In 2021, she helped us both sell our condo and purchase another condo a few months later. My wife and I had the best real estate experience working with Yasmine as she is so so wonderful to work with. She exhibits all of the things you would want in an agent: responsive, gives straightforward expert advice throughout the sell/buy process, and definitely goes above and beyond. Our next real estate transaction will obviously be with Yasmine again!!!
