When it comes to selling or buying your home, definitely contact Yoe! Choosing Yoe to represent us in the sale of our home was a great decision. We are so so lucky we picked him! I’d give him the highest marks possible in all categories. Yoe was available whenever we needed him. He is professional, and thorough. He is capable and very calm. He is very responsive, knowledgeable, problem solver, and as bonus, he has great a sense of humor!

Yoe lived up to his commitment in making things easy to getting our house sold smoothly and efficiently. My husband and I have very demanding jobs and two small children. Seeing how Yoe managed everything from showings, to our transition with our former tenants, to even doing small home repairs himself, allowed this very daunting and scary experience to feel calm and extremely positive. The home buying process is so stressful, getting pre-qualified for a mortgage to actually finding a house that fits your family’s needs and being able to close! . Yoe was instrumental in helping us find our home. He was extremely responsive and really took our needs into consideration. I am so thankful we got to work with him. He truly was interested in meeting our needs and not just closing another deal.

He has so much experience. He takes time to walk through the home and point out certain things that are important to be aware of when purchasing a home. I will continue to work with Yoe for all my real estate needs!

Yoe Lopez was introduced to me by a friend, and came highly recommended for his expertise and knowledge of real estate and the many nuances of the neighborhoods I was looking to move to.

From the beginning Yoe was always eager to help and answered all of my questions without hesitation. He provided incredible guidance to me as a first-time buyer and I felt like he had my interest at heart.

Yoe detailed the many and varied steps of the buying process and was always easy to reach to answer any questions, and to ensure the process was moving as efficiently as possible particularly in these times of COVID and everything is a lot more complicated.

I found Yoe on the internet. And he had great reviews. But the moment my husband and I met him in person, we knew he'd be our realtor. We knew he'd be able to get us the house we always dreamed of. It is his attention to detail, his knowledge of the market and his frankness that made us realize, we'd find the right person for us.

This was our first home purchase. And Yoe made a process that can be difficult, easy to navigate. From the beginning, he was on top of everything and was very, very responsive if we ever messaged him with questions. He was sharp and professional but also open and honest. He was very much in tuned with our priorities, our budget and knowledgeable of the area we wanted to buy in.

He was there every step of the way working very closely with two very nervous first time buyers. He answered as many questions as we had and asked us just as many to ensure he was showing us potential houses that fit us. He never wasted our time with spaces he knew wouldn't fit our needs.

We found a beautiful home that we will make our own thanks to Yoe. He truly went above and beyond for us. We will be working with him in any future real estate endeavors and will be recommending him to family and friends.

We met Yoe Lopez through a friend who insisted that we go to him. We are so glad we took her advice! He is a true experienced professional, with a positive attitude, vast knowledge, and a great smile. Within 3 weeks of marketing our house, we got multiple offers on it; he negotiated the best choice for us to a price we were very happy to take. His communication skills were on point, every week he gave us status updates and acted proactively to avoid delays on the transaction. Almost as soon as he started marketing our house, he started showing us houses in areas we were interested in, scheduling and getting us inside those we liked the most. These appointments were usually within mere hours of us requesting them which is vital in the very hot market we were looking in. The buying process was not as easy because of the housing scarcity and the price range we wanted, yet he stood by us through it all and always kept us positive that we would find the right one for us.
