Born and Raised in Southern California,Yolanda has lived in different cities across Los Angeles and Orange County. Growing up in Los Angeles County and residing in Orange County as an adult has provided her with the local knowledge of the diverse communities, schools, restaurants, and culture that makes up Southern California.
Yolanda’s family and friends describe her as loyal, kindhearted, funny, trustworthy, and dependable. With a background in marketing, medical and retail, Yolanda decided to make a career in real estate after many of her colleagues and friends suggested that it would be a great fit and noticed her potential, since she enjoys working and helping people.
Her enthusiastic and caring nature is fundamental in helping her identify each client’s needs and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their goals. Her sales and marketing background provide a strong foundation to properly evaluate market conditions and determine the right course of action for her clients, whether it’s selling their home to the right buyer, or finding the them the right property for them to call home.
