Yon was knowledgeable about the areas, how to negotiate with the sellers, and how to go through the closing process. After buying the unit, she also helped us to find prospective renters. Yon has been and still is an AMAZING realtor to work with! She is beyond patient, extremely knowledgeable, highly professional and very friendly. She never fails to answer any question, no matter how trivial it may seem. She often thinks of things on our behalf that we do not have the experience to consider, which is a gift when you are new to the home buying process. Last, Yon stayed with us every step of the way from finding a property to closing and every after closing when she continued to followed up to make sure we had settled in alright.

The process of buying a home can be extremely stressful, but having someone like Yon on your side makes everything so much more manageable. I would highly recommend Yon to anyone and personally, I look forward to working with her again in the future!

Yon is an outstanding and caring real estate agent! We've work with her to find rentals in the past, but then decided to purchase a home. She was very informative of the entire home buying process and was very friendly and receptive of our needs, wants, and MULTIPLE questions! She was there throughout the process and helped us by understand confusing paperwork and was excellent at continuing to coordinate communications between us the buyers, the selling agent, the sellers themselves, and current tenants of the home. She even had a spreadsheet tracker with milestones and dates to track what everyone has done and what needed to be done! We closed in about 3 weeks and she was with us the ENTIRE time ready to do the work and answer our calls. You could not ask for a better agents to represent you and we highly recommend her! You will not go wrong with Yon!

Absolutely recommended. I can't say more highly of her. As a newcomer to U.S., we had no idea what the usual process is, not even a normal jargons used in the real estate market. No problem!!

My house had been sitting on the market for almost three months until Yon took it over and rented it out right away.
1. Yon brings results. She brought us prospects in just a couple of weeks while renting market was slow in winter. Amazing!!!
2. Yon acts quickly. She brought us the comparable rental information, made the renting strategy, and did open-house within the week we signed the contract with her.
3. Yon advises us professionally. We benefited greatly from her professional opinions of the rental market, competitive renting price, selecting prospects, and cost-effective re-decoration ideas.
4. Yon is technology savvy - we live overseas and Yon made sure we were kept in the process by taking videos, pictures, and talking to us via FaceTime, WhatsApp. It is amazing that our property was rented out to good people without us even physically being on site. If you worry about the COVID-19 and don't want to take a physical tour or show the property, Yon is the person to go!

We strongly recommend Yon to be your agent either you are selling, buying, or renting properties. We will definitely hire her again should our needs of properties arise in future.

We have been looking for a new house for 6 months, when we were almost giving up it is Yon who helped us get a house and close the deal. She is professional and considerate. Even after settlement she is still assisting the follow-up. She never pushes you, always be patient to listen to your needs. Having only ever visited the DC area once before I moved here, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. And I admit, I was initially skeptical about the benefits of working with an agent as opposed to just handling everything myself. But my husband and I have zero regrets about the choice to work with Yon, she made the process so easy! Not only did she handle scheduling all of the showings which saved us a lot of time, but she encouraged us to look at places we weren't initially interested in - one of which we ended up signing on! And she even worked late so that we could get the keys the next day and out of the hotel we were staying in. Couldn't recommend her enough - thanks for everything Yon!
