Yusuf Aydin

Yusuf Aydin is an Associate at Compass Commercial, specializing in industrial and retail occupier services, where he also has worked on site selection for multi-family development projects . Raised in Dallas, TX, Yusuf cultivated strong relationships with local developers, builders and brokers early on. Yusuf studied Management Information Systems and Finance at the University of Texas, and he brings a data-driven, detail-oriented approach to every transaction. His expertise spans site selection, lease negotiation, and tenant representation for both industrial users and retail brands, along with site selection advisory for build-to-suit or ground-up development. Yusuf’s understanding of Dallas and Collin County zoning, entitlement processes, and market dynamics allows him to advise clients with confidence and precision. Outside of active dealmaking, he continually improves his skills; currently pursuing the CCIM designation. In his free time, Yusuf enjoys tennis, hiking, and working on cars.
