We have used Yvonne in past home purchases, and when we bought our recent home, it was an easy choice to work with her again. She was able to find us an amazing home, in a hot market, UNDER asking price (by quite a bit), and in a growing and sought after area. Yvonne King is very good in her profession, she gets right to business and never leave any question unanswered. Yvonne is very detailed oriented and knows what to look for in and around the house and is not in a rush to just selling you anything. She goes above and beyond until the client feels comfortable in there purchase. She is very friendly, outgoing and will not settle until you are 100% happy. I recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase or rent. I purchased my first home in joliet, Ill sold it and purchased my second home here in coolidge, AZ and guess who my realtor was exactly Yvonne King.

Yvonne was actively involved in helping us to weather the storm of a late fall-winter market when we were selling our home. She wasn’t keen on lowering our price rather her stance was that there was extraneous value in our home from comps that stood her ground. When the buyers came, Yvonne was not about lowering our price for negotiations rather her direction was in using the tools of real estate to negotiate, i,e, inspection criteria, closing date. We are grateful for Yvonne’s strong stance on what comps show versus the emotion of settling, the emotions to close, the emotion to walk away or work together as much as could be done to reach agreement.

I want to say thank you to Yvonne King for doing an incredible job, and being so patient, in helping me search many many addresses before finding my new home. Being a single father, she always considered what was most important to me, as well as respecting my budget to make sure we found the best value, best location, and best "move-in ready" house that fit my needs for me, and my two daughters.
