Yvonne Proctor of Proctor Realty in Mount Jackson, Virginia is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I am buying my fourth house, the first with Ms. Proctor, and her skills are beyond compare.

She has been available to me 24/7. Always kind, gracious and knowledgeable about the areas where I am looking. As I live many hours from where I am looking for my new home, Ms. Proctor will view a series of homes to determine which one(s) may fit what I am looking for. Then I travel and have spent days viewing the homes with Ms. Proctor personally.

Yvonne will go above & beyond to help you find what you're looking for. As an individual who knows 1st hand how difficult house hunting can be, she takes the work out and makes it fun and interesting. She may not have a Magic Wand, but its the next best thing. As a home buyer, you must let her know the who, what, when, where and why. So, please be patient but, with the same token be clear and write down what you want, toss in some variables and hand her your notes and discuss things of major concern 1st. Don't give up, it took me 3 yrs to find my dream home and she played a very big part. I feel very blessed.

It was our extreme pleasure having Yvonne Proctor represent us in the listing and sale of our mountain cottage. She is very professional and a joy to work with.

We had recently had a very unpleasant experience with another very prominent local realtor who listed a property of ours for less than the actual value and had us show the property to the buyers several times, and forced us to unnecessarily dig up three splitters in our drain field. Even the buyers complained that that realtor had forced us to do all of his work.

But Yvonne managed the appraisal and listing price of our mountain cottage perfectly. And she handled all home inspections perfectly and with minimum cost. Yvonne even connected us with a local electrician who quickly performed minor repairs at a very affordable price. And she connected us with a local surveyor who quickly and affordably located an unclear property line for us.

We are very grateful for Yvonne in listing and selling our mountain cottage.
