Albers real estate has been working with us to find our fist home for the past two years & they have been incredible. Being from out of state originally and first time home buyers we needed someone with a lot of patience to explain the whole process to us as well as someone willing to do the work to find the right home & the albers team went above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about Zac as a realtor and a person. He was always willing to get us into any house no matter the distance or the last second timing, we saw so many homes between Springfield and Branson and Zac never rushed us or limited the amount of homes we could see. He was always willing to give his honest opinion when it came to whether or not a house was right for us even if it meant he’d have to keep looking for us. Since we’re first time buyers he made sure to point out issues in the houses we saw and explain the amount of work certain things would take to help us make our decision wisely. When we finally found our dream home he worked tirelessly to make sure we won the deal. His wife Jodi was such a pleasure to work with as well always available to answer our questions during the closing process. The Albers team is professional, honest and caring we are so blessed we found them to work with during this crazy market. I can’t wait to use them in the future and will always recommend them thank you so much for being so amazing and helping our dream come true!!

Zac and Jodi were phenomenal! Zac took us all over to find our dream home and advised us when he had concerns. He made sure to point things out like water damage, warping, and foundation cracks to help us avoid making a mistake. He was wonderful with our children and we found him to be the perfect blend of personable and professional. Jodi was on top of everything once we began the process of buying our house and was extremely responsive, kind, and knowledgeable. If all that weren't enough, they even sent us a lovely house warming gift, which included stuffed animals for our kids. I spent quite some time trying to find the perfect realtor to work with on purchasing our first home and from the very beginning Zac has blew past every expectation I had plus some. He was constantly working to help find our perfect home for us, showed unlimited patience for all of our questions (and we had a TON), always made himself available to us, and took the time to show us an array of options. Jodi was unbelievable at communicating with us to make sure our new house was customized and ready for us from day one. The skills and professionalism of both of these two are unmatched. Zac and Jodi were amazing! They answered questions via text, voicemail and email quickly (we were buying sight unseen from Connecticut). If they didn't know an answer, they found out what the response was. Zac was very creative in writing the contract for the home we purchased with an escalation clause and another for the appraisal market value in this crazy market. These contract components helped to secure acceptance of our offer, in spite of other offers that were the same price or higher. When an issue came up during the inspection that needed further investigation, Zac went out of his way to go to our new home and check it out himself. I would highly recommend using Zac to anyone! Zac and his team really stepped up to the plate. Zac worked with my mother and step-father who lived on the east coast. Zac worked with my wife and I who live locally in Missouri to show us properties that we could give feedback to my parents about. Zac tirelessly met us at properties almost in real time to make sure that in this market we were ahead of the game. Zac worked seamlessly with my parents to deliver a property that fit all of their needs, helped facilitate financing for out of state buyers and kept us all in the loop with great communication through each part of the process. All this and he didn't break a sweat in a very complicated process with a lot of moving parts and he delivered. Great job Zac and team. Thank you for making my parents experience pleasurable and easy and now they can rest easy and enjoy their grandchildren!

Zac is the best! When he says he enjoys what he does, it’s no lie! I bought my house before he was professionally, heavily into real estate, but because he’s a great person (and friend) he came and looked at the house I was interested in buying with me and gave me tips! He pointed out things that might be a concern during inspection. He helped me be prepared for the hiccups that come with such a large investment! I needed a house in Springfield, MO., and I only had three weeks. Didn't know who I could trust with a tight timetable. I was referred to Zac by a realtor in St. Louis.

Zac was friendly and professional. He promptly responded to all my questions.

On a Sunday afternoon, the perfect house for us came up on the market. Despite four offers from other buyers for the house, Zac gave us the right recommendation and our offer was accepted.

When several issues turned up during the inspection process, Zac advocated on our behalf and the seller reduced the sale price.

Trying to buy a house in a city that's 200 miles away is difficult. But Zac had done it before.
