My experience with Zach was truly great. There were two other Realtors who tried to convince me that they could meet my needs: one required me to fill out forms before any work was done, and the other felt my search criteria would basically be impossible to achieve. Zach was a breath of fresh air. I told him what I was looking for and he was positive and encouraging from the very beginning. I am a hands on person: Zach set up a search for me and I previewed properties online and road through the neighborhoods on my own. When I found something I wanted to actually see (neighborhood looked good and the house exterior looked good), Zach set up the appointments in a very reasonable time. I was able to get the home I wanted in a good neighborhood for what I could afford to pay. Zach was concerned about MY needs every step of the way. I have already referred someone else to him. He will take good care of you.

Zachariah assisted me with my company relocation from New York to North Carolina. He was very knowledgeable about the area that I was interested in relocating to. Zachariah’s negotiation skills were exceptional. Zachariah handled the entire process from selecting the lot and options to finalizing the closing. Trying to accomplish the home buying process while still residing in New York was a daunting task, but Zachariah put my mind at ease and handled several matters on my behalf so that I didn’t have to travel back and forth. Zachariah was efficient and addressed all of my concerns and questions in a timely and efficient manner.
