About Zach

Zachrey (Zach) Penland is a, Rare, true Asheville native, born and raised in the area and calls Canton home! His family's American history can be traced through Penland Pottery back to a land grant circa 1830.

Zach’s Professional career started in the food and beverage industry for about ten years. From that he went on and worked in customer service and eventually, through connections in the industry, he found a rewarding position in interior design. Being so closely involved with homes and being in the home industry, he soon came to realize there was a long-standing passion awakening inside him for all things real estate. After about five years of professional homeownership, rehabbing properties and managing his own rental portfolio, he moved from customer service and sales into real estate full time by completing the required courses and obtaining his NC Real Estate License!

He lives in Canton with his amazing wife Natasha, their three awesome daughters Alexis, Amelia and Killian.

Zach and his family have several pets and enjoy the open road in their motorhome.
