Zack was great to work with. He had his work cut out for him with us, as we were very particular and knew what we wanted and didn't want. We probably looked at about 45 houses and Zach showed great patience. Never once did he roll his eye's or complain. He was always enthusiastic and fun to work with, and always had a positive attitude.

Zach has helped us twice now and both times were great! He's very detail oriented and very knowledgeable. He asks the questions I would know nothing about and he takes his time explain everything to documents to housing details that I feel like other realtors may skip. We've recommended him to our friends and they also love him just as much! He's great! He works with you on your time.

Zach is fantastic. He helped me sell my parents town home...in 1 week at full listing price. (which was higher than the other realtor I talked with suggested)

Zach made the whole thing easy and helped me along the way. The place needed serious remodeling, Zach connected me with a remodeling guy he uses routinely. They replaced the bathroom and the floor and the carpet... got it done in less than a week. Zach's staging and photography person made the place look terrific (all part of the service). Great marketing the place looked fantastic on the web. Then when I needed to move some of my parents stuff, Zach let me use the Remax trailer and he even helped me load the stuff. The buyer wanted to move in right away so we had a very fast close, I needed to replace the smoke detectors (they were old and not code) Zach knew i was scrambling, he went to home depot and showed up with his ladder.

Zach is remarkable on all levels... from knowledge of the market, to knowing good contractors, to staging and marketing and just being super helpful and going the extra yard. Five Star rating and then some!

As far as we are concerned, the Peterson Skattum Realty Group were unequivocally best in class. Zach was extremely professional, available, knowledgeable, and affordable. All this while still seeming like you are working with one of your closest friends. The network of associates that come with his "package" would cost thousands of dollars elsewhere. A few examples are stagers, photographers (a combo of standard, 3D, and aerial!), marketing and analysis reporting. Zach was extremely patient, realistic, and accommodating. He was appropriately assertive when our expectations were in need of some level-setting. We were also fortunate enough to experience Kurt's expertise in addition to Zach's, as our home received an offer while Zach was on a rare international vacation! Kurt patiently navigated us through the difficult nuances of the offer and was well-versed on our story. Meanwhile, Zach checked in throughout the day despite our pleas with him to relax with his family since we were in great hands with Kurt. From a purchasing perspective, we ultimately decided to build a new construction home. Zach was able to advocate for us with the builder from the moment we made the decision to build all the way to the final walkthrough. Would hire PSRG again in a heartbeat and will continue to recommend to anyone! So many special, personal touches that I'm sure others don't come close to offering. Thanks for the awesome experience, guys!
