Raised in a “construction family” in Boca Raton, Florida, Zachary Nelson graduated from the University of Florida with a major in Sustainable Building and a minor in Real Estate. Having grown up in South Florida and taken an active part in every aspect of the residential property market from construction to buying and selling distressed properties, Zachary is committed to listening to his clients’ needs and utilizing his keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. His construction background has enabled him to generate a network of construction contractors, from millwork shops to painters that can help the buyer or seller with any home repair needs.
