Ziad Sleit

A native of Lebanon and one of nine children, Ziad Sleit and his older brother, at the prompting of their parents and to escape the civil war, were sent to the United States to pursue their higher education. Ziad earned a bachelor's degree from Wilmington College in Ohio where he majored in accounting and economics and went on to earn his MBA degree from Wright State University in Ohio. Not only did he graduate with honors but also earned the distinction of being the youngest student to graduate from both universities.

In 1984, after spending time in the hotel industry in Texas, Ziad decided to make Sarasota home along with some of his family who missed living on the Mediterranean Sea and decided the Gulf of Mexico was the next best thing. He launched an office automation systems business with his brother and their hard work paid off. After a successful run of 13 years, they sold the business and Ziad entered the field of real estate.

Never afraid of a challenge, Ziad began buying land, building homes, and selling them himself. This process allowed him to see that residential real estate was the perfect fit for him. In 2003 he put all of his efforts into being a luxury real estate agent and quickly rose to the top of his company, winning nearly every award possible for high achievers. He has consistently ranked in the top 1% of REALTORS® and is praised by his customers for his tenacious efforts and relentless focus on reaching their goals. He accomplishes this through his tireless work habits but does it in such a way that his engaging personality and sense of humor are always at the forefront. He has earned the prestigious Graduate, REALTOR® Institute certification is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and is Smart Home certified.

Ziad enjoys fabulous connections in the Middle East and has many international clients. He is not only fluent in Arabic and English but also very comfortable with French, the language of his parents at home in lovely Beirut, the Paris of the Middle East.

When time allows, Ziad enjoys traveling, golfing as well as watersports.
