Zugell Jamison

I graduated from the University of Southern California in 1998 with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Religion. Little did I know that my passion for people would lead me to a career in Real Estate beginning in 2003 with Prudential and Coldwell Banker. In 2012, I joined RE/MAX Advantage Realty, consistently ranking among the top 3 individual realtors for the brokerage and in the top 25 agents in RE/MAX statewide. In addition, I received various awards from RE/MAX International. Over the past 7 years, I have secured a spot as a member of the Baltimore Real Producers, placing among the Top 500 real estate agents in central Maryland out of over 12,000 agents, which ranks me in the top 4% regionally. In 2023, as in numerous years before, I achieved a top 1% ranking among all Realtors in Howard County.

In 2023, I joined Cummings & Co. Realtors, the East Coast's largest locally owned brokerage that thrives by staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving real estate landscape. With a focus on hard work, integrity, and client interests, my business prospered, boasting a remarkable 90% referral rate whereas the average Realtor gets 30% of their business via referrals. I am honored that people trust me to assist them with one of their largest investments.

My passion lies in helping clients achieve their real estate dreams. Whether guiding first-time homebuyers, assisting growing families in finding larger homes, or aiding downsizers, I take pride in delivering excellent service. My expertise extends to identifying lucrative investment properties. My experience over the years has led me to work with all types of people in various situations and I am proud to say that I have served them well. As a fluent Spanish speaker, I also enjoy helping the Hispanic community fulfill their real estate needs. I feel truly blessed and honored to help others and I find great joy in helping my buyers get the best deals and my sellers save and net the most money!

On a personal note, I cherish time with my family, playing sports, and attending boot camp classes at the gym. My interests include reading, traveling, the outdoors and attending church.
