On the far northern outskirts of Houston, Tavola is a planned Texas neighborhood bisected by Interstate 69. The proximity to the highway that runs through the community has proven to be one of its biggest appeals. “I had a client that wanted the ease of being right off the freeway for the commute to work,” says Kimberly Buish, a Realtor with JLA Realty. “The commute, the trees in the neighborhood and the walking trails were big draws to them – they like that feel.
