Why Live in Willow Springs

Willow Springs surrounds the Country Club of Roswell. “There’s a great sense of community in the neighborhood,” says Cathy Treible, a real estate agent with the Treible Sullivan Team for Ansley Real Estate. Treible lived in the neighborhood for 30 years, and she and her partner have sold property in Willow Springs for over two decades. She says the area’s eclectic style of homes and proximity to shopping and recreation areas are a big draw. A private park for residents brings people together for movie nights, campouts and other activities. The neighborhood has a mix of houses, including plenty of ranch-style and traditional homes. Most homes were built in the late 1970s and 1980s. Prices range from about $700,000 to $850,000 for homes on smaller lots, to $960,000 to $1.5 million for those on larger lots. Treible says many of the smaller homes are within the neighborhood’s subsections, including Camden Glen and Kinross. “What we’re finding is that a lot of people raise their families in the main part of Willow Springs, but then because they have so many friends and they love the neighborhood and they love the country club, they sell their homes and move into one of these three
