Unsafe learning environment, rules aren't properly enforced. Fights happen after threats are made, because the threats aren't taken seriously like they should be. There's disciplinary measures in place, but none are used. Kids vape in the classrooms, and bring drugs in. Not enough staff, and not enough room.

Nothing is done about threats, leading to fights inside the building. Rules and discipline aren't enforced.
