As a senior at Palo Duro High School, I've had a pleasant and wonderful time being a student. The teachers are passionate about their subjects.

I have attended Palo Duro high school for 3 completed years, staff is friendly and resourceful, when it comes to prioritizing academics they excel in creating a path for students to follow to assure they walk the stage in may. The diversity is more than any other high school in Amarillo combined. I would like to see more changes in safety to ensure that not just our school is safe but that the students have a space when home isn't it. As well as encourage more parent involvement during events. The lack of parent involvement is the most I've seen. I don't recall many events where parents were encouraged to participate.

All four of my kids went to Palo Duro and loved it. The teachers have no problem getting in contact with parents on there grades. The teachers would stay on top of my kids if they were falling behind. They also helped them so much with the college preparations.
