During my time at Amite High Magnet, I got to be part of a great baseball team. I was an officer in several school clubs and was even in the Top 10. I enjoyed my time here but when I graduated I was ready to leave. I would like to see the faculty change and the inclusiveness include more students of different ethnicities. The diversity of this school needs to change.

The best parts of my experience is the school activities and competitions. The bad experiences is school lockdowns, fighting, "illegal" activities, etc.

As a student I feel the school gives me a college readiness experience. My school has a lot of diversity and you can learn about different cultures and ethnicity. The facility and Staff feels like family and wouldn't hesitate to put everything aside to help when asked. Even though they might not be number 1 in academics they are very concerned that we get the best education.
