The best parts of my experience is the school activities and competitions. The bad experiences is school lockdowns, fighting, "illegal" activities, etc.

As a student I feel the school gives me a college readiness experience. My school has a lot of diversity and you can learn about different cultures and ethnicity. The facility and Staff feels like family and wouldn't hesitate to put everything aside to help when asked. Even though they might not be number 1 in academics they are very concerned that we get the best education.

How dare you keep a stellar student from walking across the stage at graduation over facial hair? Like really I swear K-12 educators are the stupidest people on the planet. Who was this student hurting with his goatee? What did it matter. 4.0 GPA and he couldn't march over facial hair? He's a young...

The teachers we have had in the last couple of yrs were terrible and lazy. One in particular would allow the kids to cheat on papers and...

My school may not be the best, but it is a good school. People try to make Amite High School out of the worst school in the parish, but I strongly disagree with that. We do learn and our teachers and other administrators are working hard to install knowledge into our minds. Our school scores are als...
