We've seen a huge change with the new principal. She's kind and cares so much about kids. The teachers call and communicate. They seem to be happier too.

I'm an 8th-grade student at Lufkin. These past 3 years have been torture. The teachers aren't nice, there are a million fights, they don't let you go to the bathroom, they give us no free time and give people silent lunch for the dumbest stuff. On top of that the extracurriculars suck, we have an hour every Monday for clubs you literally do nothing in these clubs, in cursive they made us grade papers. The sport teams suck, the sports coaches only pick you if your thats why Lufkin always looses. I dont recommend sending your children here L school
