We had teachers that were willing to go the extra with the students that showed the initiative that they wanted to learn the worst was the food other than that I had a good experience at the school

I first started at Bastrop High School as a Freshman in fall of 2018. When I first got there I was scared, only because I felt as though the seniors was big even tho i was 5"7 myself, walking around the campus i felt small, I thought I was going to get picked on like they do in movies. One of the best parts about this school is that there was no bullying going on, everybody was cool with one another, we all went to the football games together and packed the stands out. I would say that is one thing I truly miss. My first bad experience came from my 10th grade math teacher when I used to let her know that I couldn't understand her and she used to put me out the class over and over.

I really like bastrop high school. Good place for your kids and others teachers are supper cool and nice. Food is alright at the school. School security it's cool and alarmed

Bastrop High is a pathetic school. The whole school system in Bastrop LA is pathetic because it is run by stupid people. Advanced placement kids went a whole year without a teacher. Unfortunately I have three kids that go here as I really have no other choice. A school especially a high school is a microcosim of the community in which iit is located. Bastrop is a small town consisting mostly of hypocritical "Sunday" Christians intolerant of the religious and non religious views...

I'm obviously not going to rate a school that both encouraged and then failed to stop (knowing full well that it was planned) to stop unconstitutional prayer during graduation.
