My time with Bastrop high school is coming to an end as a 2026 senior. I have had good times and bad times. The most fun I had was during my sophomore year. The school had different day to day activities and the students could conversant and engage with each other and the school wasn't so strict to where it felt like we was on lock down all the time. My Junior year was both good and kinda boring at the same, because time they took a lot of different things we could do away. I am now currently going through my senior year and it's very boring I go to school and be ready to go home.

Bastrop High is a pathetic school. The whole school system in Bastrop LA is pathetic because it is run by stupid people. Advanced placement kids went a whole year without a teacher. The principal is never there. The school is filthy. The superintendent doesn't care about the system or the kids. The...

Unfortunately I have three kids that go here as I really have no other choice. A school especially a high school is a microcosim of the community in which iit is located. Bastrop is a small town consisting mostly of hypocritical "Sunday" Christians intolerant of the religious and non religious views...

Move, just move to a different school district - you do not want your children "educated" here.

Seriously, Why not slap a NUN in the door and be done with it? You want to be religious and all, brother please!
