I have loved Bauxite in my 7 years of attendance because I have never felt like there wasn't a place for me or any of my peers. There is a group, club or sport for everyone. Bauxite isn't just a school, it is a family. The teachers, coaches and administration all treat you like family and are always so kind. If there was one thing I could change about Bauxite, I think it would be the students. Most of the students are very accepting and kind but because I live in the south, we have our fair share of racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc. I wish I could change the way people think but I don't think theres anything I would change about the school as a whole.

I have loved my last four years at Bauxite High School and I cannot possibly imagine attending any other school. I enjoy my small sized school and think that it has the perfect size grades and classes. There is just enough people to where you know everyone but there is still some variety. The teachers at my school are very considerate and not only teach me what they are required but also better me for the future. If there was one thing I would change about Bauxite High School it would be to provide more AP classes for underclassmen.

I love Bauxite, it has been a great experience for my 3 children. My older 2 graduated from Bryant, which wasn’t a bad experience just really big. Bauxite has more freedoms for students, and parents while being a small town school. We also have loved the 4 day school week they started, it’s been gre...

Overall: average. It sucks a lot of the times to be at this school. Other times, school days are fun. Just depends.

Awful school teachers do not teach all they care about is passing their students, None of the administration are prepared for anything much less the new schedule they used this year. I was given the opportunity to actually learn something and then was taken out of that said class due to a scheduling...
