My lee high school experience has been very interesting the best part about it has to be the student trainer program and the worst would have to be the safety of the school.

LEE Highschool on its own is overall underfunded and has a poor culture with a lack of value for education and a lack of parent involvement. But it does have several magnet programs like NESA, ISA, and STEM that help to create a more ambitious atmosphere and general appreciation for the arts and sciences.

My experience at Lee High School has been a rollercoaster, my freshman we were on a lock down because a bomb threat that the administration weren't to worried about my teacher would allow me to be on my phone to text my mom and ask me to leave her class. During my sophomore year there was more threats and more shootings admin barely put us on lock down for anything any more they think it's a game of the boy who cried wolf

Since I moved to lee, I haven't learned that much. I mean I have, but they don't teach it as great as sterling. Also discipline, mostly everybody has been disrespectful to me and other peers. I expected more from this school!

So sad this school does not compare to the other schools in the district. We had teachers leave in the middle of the year because of discipline. We are being forced to change to a private school for our two in high school.

We moved to the area because we heard schools were good. Well, I have daughters, three, two love dance and theater, and one is my athlete. Drama and dance programs are very limited with little budget. Track and softball are secondary to football. Coming from Shreveport we are totally disappointed. G...

I believe the problem with the majority of these reviews is they are either lee drop outs or seemingly educated individuals unable to see "color" as having every bit of intelligence and deserving of every bit of opportunity to be at a level playing field with the other two Baytown High Schools.
