I absolutely hated this school. Worst years of my life bru. It smelled like butt and I hated 90% of the teacher, there was like no bathrooms and the ones we did have the lock were always broken. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to hate your life and the food looked mutated like I would rather eat my OLD thanksgiving leftovers then the food.

I did not have a particularly positive experience at Beacon Charter. I found that there was a severe lack of academic opportunities (such as AP classes and academic programs) as well as a lack of care towards education from staff members. There is an isolating social environment in the school, and little is done until physical confrontation ensues.

Beacon does not prepare students for college. Academically, you will not be prepared for college level STEM classes or other rigorous courses. Yes, Beacon is an art school, but that does not mean every student plans to pursue it as a career. It is great that students can immerse themselves in their selected art, but that does not mean the core academic curriculum should suffer.

Worst experience I’ve ever had to go through. Both the middle school(Founders Academy) and the high school(Beacon Charter), are horrible. If you go to founders you’ll mainly be harassed by students, because they’re allowed to do whatever they want. In beacon you get harassed by the teachers because...

I was part of the first graducating class and was very sad to leave it. The teachers leave am impression on their students that has yet to go away even after seven years. The classrooms are a little more relaxed than the norm but it made learning more fun, making the students actually want to learn...
