My high school experience has definitely not been the best. We have a bully problem and it seems no one wants to take recognition for it considering when you tell the teachers you get answers such as "You guys are just too soft you have no idea what bullying is. Now you could look at someone and get told on back when I was a kid bullying was phyical." Another reason I did not have good experiences is the teaching methods. When asking for help it feels more like pulling teeth. The answers we get then are "Read the directions" (which we have), "ask a partner someone has to know" (which we usually have), or "I don't know how to teach it to you any differently for you to understand it."

Not much racial diversity, or lgbtq+, or diversity in general. Although surprisingly the instances that there is diversity it generally isn't a big deal. Mostly because the general student body lives in friend circles that rarely notice other outsiders.

I feel very safe in this environment. In a small town such as this, it is hard to find people who will do harm without the attention of the community.

The teacher threw away my homework. I won't recommend.

Overall a great high school with dedicated teachers and plenty of courses and extra-curricular activities. Sports often takes more precedence over the fine arts at this school. Nevertheless, the fine arts offered are still valued by the faculty and staff.
