There was no safety in the school. There was no punishments to the kids who behaved bad and some of the teachers wouldn't implement discipline in the hallways.

Even though i am not in harwell anymore, i am aware of how worse it got here. As of today, saturday tutorials are required to pass, even if you are already passing.
