Our family had a terrible experience at BIES. Factors that led to our decision to leave the school included several negative interactions with the school nurse, the attendance policy, and a lack of communication with parents from the administration in regards to disciplinary action.

I am a grandmother to a student who graduated from Big Island Elementary and he has attended since kindergarten. You have a terrific school with great teachers.
